Refactor MQTT course and bound backend message processing

Browse Source 
Move lesson source into the teaching structure, align the course path with the learner's Go and DevOps experience, and add the interactive lesson guides. Add advanced DevOps lifecycle study as a separate section.

Bound MQTT message work and drain accepted jobs during shutdown; align the backend implementation with the revised course through Section 6.

My goal is to maintain Robot Market after its MQTT 5 version is delivered to me. Use the existing backend as a read-only reference, and reinspect the delivered version at handover.
Follow COURSE.md in this project, section by section and exercise by exercise. It is the requested ordered learning course; do not restart planning or require another sprint breakdown before beginning a lesson I request.
Detailed instructions for Sections 1–11 and 16 live in lessons/. Sections 1–4 include reference programs; later lessons provide explained fragments and guided exercises. Use lessons/README.md for concept coverage and the remaining course sections. Teach from them incrementally. The learner explicitly requested code in these lesson files; do not hide those examples, while still allowing them to attempt the exercises themselves.

The lesson baseline uses github.com/eclipse/paho.golang v0.23.0, the selected course baseline, requiring Go 1.24 or newer. Matching source is in references/paho.golang-v0.23.0/. Verify releases again before any future upgrade.
